Anjali has always taken the road less traveled, from couch-surfing through Europe and covering IMG Fashion Weeks in Manhattan and Mumbai, to working as an incognito maid in London and becoming an expert in medical billing.
Due to an obsession with anything gastronomy, her F&B experience includes famous food-hacking in college dorms (ask her about the “Orange Chicken”), writing global restaurant reviews for LA Splash Worldwide, and running front of-the-house operations at a thriving Japanese chain for 6 years.
Today, she’s co-founder and vice president of Partender, a startup that began in Gainesville, Florida, and reached over 15,000 bars on its system in less than two years, becoming the first company since Facebook to have both the Winklevoss Twins and Zuckerbergs on the same team.
Customers to likes of JW Marriott, Nobu, Dave & Buster’s, Delaware North, Sodexo, United Airlines, American Airlines, Harrah’s, Hilton, Gerber Group, Superfrico, STK, Kona Grill, W Hotels, and the U.S. Air Force are using Partender's platform to count millions in liquid cash in minutes, get weeks of time back, and order smarter so they never miss a sale.
By counting their $100,000+ in liquid cash lying on the shelves as often as we easily do the till, even the smallest venues each add upwards of $10,000 in monthly cash flow by reducing ordering and labor inefficiencies, which currently cause $28 billion in missed sales each year.
Due to Partender's growth and Anjali's passion for elevating the industry, she was selected by April Bloomfield, Daniel Boulud, and other culinary trailblazers as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Food & Drink.
She’s most excited about sharing her story in hopes of inspiring others — especially in the industry — to challenge the status quo and realize how much potential we all when we view the challenges we face and around us as opportunities.
